"Ordered a regular sized caramel sundae, got a mini hot fudge sundae. The employee argued with me but when I showed him the receipt, the manager made him make the correct item. I received a sloppy sunday with all of the caramel on the bottom soft serve running over the side of the container, no whipped cream nor cherry. The employee and manager were both busy on their phones, and I decided that this Freddy's wasn't worth any more of my time nor patronage."
