"Horrible customer service from the girl working tonight on 12/5/2022 at7:45 pm. NEVER once greeted us and when we finally said we were ready she said in a minute. When she finally went to the register she just stood there and when I said are you ready?She said what kind of pizza you want. We asked for her name and she said I ain't giving you Mt name. I left without any food ...rather be waited on by someone who has customer service skills. Mind you, I've been in the field for 25 years. This is why wedon't come to this side of town. Definitely will be getting in touch with someone higher than the manager, because she didnothing as well. Do not recommend at all!"

"We have been purchasing pizzas from here for years and I was treated very rudely today. I ordered 4 pizzas online and when I came to pick them up the manager would not give me rewards credit for them. I asked her to return them and re-ring them so thatI would get credit and she refused and treated me very rudely. We typically buy 3-4 pizzas at every purchase and the points arevaluable to earn a free pizza. The point isn?t the rewards as much as how she responded to my questions and she treated me veryrudely. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. We likely will not be back."

"Not sure how its even possible to order 5 toppings and have them ?scattered? on about 1/3 of the pizza? Onboard training (or just common sense) would show that if toppings are put on a round pizza in a circular motion almost every piece would get luckyenough to at least have a topping or two on it! I?m hoping that the customers who pay the automatic online 15% gratuity get abetter prepared pizza. And I?ll bet they also get heating instructions included. Sad"
