"My only complaint is that Salumi has such limited hours. Top notch cured meats, great service and The Porchetta! The best sandwich in Pioneer Square, maybe all of Seattle. Make sure to show up right around 11 when they open because the line can get long quickly. I suggest getting a Porchetta to eat right when it comes out and then order another sandwich for later :"
