"Fast and furious service, as the old saying goes, is how this Arby's car went through. The food was hot and delicious; and the value for the paid money was just. We asked about horse sauce and first they invite us with a kind of cranberry sauce for the reubs. However, when we asked for horse sauce before leaving, they corrected the sauces happy. Therefore, it is still a 5-star rating! Thanks Arby 's!!!!"

"While the food is exactly what you expect, the service is quite slow. They either forgot to include any sauces or didn’t ask if I wanted any at all. The most disappointing aspect, however, was that the fries were curly! I believe the restaurant is overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with demand. It's not uncommon to see the drive-thru line stretching out of the parking lot and onto the highway, causing traffic congestion in some areas. If you find a long line, it’s best to look for a different place, especially if you’re short on time. Otherwise, if you decide to go to Arby’s, you’ll get what you expect, though you might miss out on some options."

"I ordered the app and went to pick up. I had added 2 cups of cheese sauce to my order for which it is worth it. When I got my food, I realized that my cheeses were missing, my drinks and sandwiches were wrong. I just found out from my mouth that the command was wrong and the cheese sauce was missing. the workers on the back began with the squeezing and raising the crisp from the back line. I have never had such a terrible experience and respect! will not be back."

"This is our way to Fast Food in Bethalto. It is a bit healthier than the others and the food is consistent. If you haven't seen the new interior, it's pretty amazing how they turned the old Arby into something new and very nice. During my last visit the GM and the owner worked and it was like a precision machine polite, clean and fast. What do you want from Fast Food? And they'll soon be using a Waygu-Rindburger, so what else do you need? Go to Bethalto Arby, you won't be disappointed."

"Amazing selection of dishes. I've never been a fan of her traditional beef sandwiches, but with her new stuff, my fight is just a reasonable amount because it sounds good. Your chicken salad is wonderful. I love the Gyro (Turkey or Greek), the pizza slides, the reubs, the potato cake, so much good stuff. This location is fast and accurate and we always had a great and cheerful service here."

He took it to the store and brought food back. He was very respectful and apologised for slow service. I praise him for his patience customer service despite the situation with the business."

"Best looking Arbys and best crew in any Arby's where I've ever eaten. I must say they are very attentive to their customers, the tables are always clean and they treat their customers like family. Even the owner was made of cleaning tables. The menus are easy to understand and see that it has become so big. And I mentioned that every employee smiled. "Come on, it's Arby's; it's always good! They were incredibly swamped when I went last time, but they did their best and were patient and kind to me, and even though they forgot something in my order, when I went back in to ask, they were so nice and apologetic, and even gave me a couple compliments! My point is: even though it seemed they were overwhelmed (which is difficult to say the least in fast food, let me tell you), they still made time for me: the customer. "I went to Arby's work at about 3:30 a.m. the waiting time in the ride thru was just a few minutes, which was brilliant. The lady who took my order was really nice, although I'm sure it was hard to hear me. (My car squeaks loud now and I'm quiet) The guy who helped me in the window was great. I had a beef and Cheddar my favorite, always good and I also tried the Mac and cheese. I must say I was very impressed with Mac and cheese. It's really great. Good work Arbys and Arby's employees in this place!"

"Arby's buffalo chicken sammich reminds me of when I had to drive my love 5 hours in the cold winter to drop him off where he's leave me for months driving tours. We stopped in the middle of Indiana at a one nine with an Arby's. I had never had it and didn't want to. We both got buffalo chicken sammich es bad sat on the curb in the dead of night eating them in silence. I was surprised at how good it tasted through my salty tears, I was surprised anything could taste good through the bittersweet monsoon season that always brought with it change."
