"The shrimp and grits is WAY too salty! I couldn't even finish it! I am so disappointed. High blood pressure runs rampant in the black community because of this. Very minimal salt is necessary. Please explore other spices. On the other hand, the donuts were very fresh. My daughter enjoyed them."

"Meches is really overrated in Lafayette. Ordered a kingcake so it would be fresh and apparently my order didn’t make. I then ordered two chocolate covered and two boudin with pepper jack and she put it all in one small tray. By the time I got home most of the chocolate came off with the wrapping they use to pick them up! Such a waste time and money. I won’t go back."
