"Love the food here; not enough help when getting food to go. A lady ordered food, and came by to pick it up. No one was there to find out if her food was ready. We talked for about 10 minutes, and there was a bag of food to go on the bench where she sat. She finally got a waitress to come over, and asked about her to go order. It was the food on the bench that she could have left with 10 min.prior. I would give them an F on organizational skills. It is sad to see a wonderful restaurant, with excellent food, run that way."
