"Not gelato just expensive mediocre ice cream- girl behind counter extremely rude- gave me wrong flavor and then scooped it out of my cup to place correct flavor — spoke to me rudely- she did not even ask if I wanted a cup or cone also they don’t allow samples so you can try anything would not return"

"The ice cream was good, but the sundaes were prepackaged in a pint container. I was expected more of a sundae container that I could get to all the layers easily."

"I went into the shop and was not greeted by either two associates. The couple behind me was greeted immediately upon entry. I was not asked if I needed assistance with the cake order I wanted, but again they helped the same two patrons who came in behind me. I would give negative stars if I could. I walked out and refuse to spend my money at poorly run establishment."
