"The chips and fried dishes were very greasy, and the service was extremely unsatisfactory. Our waiter ignored our request to exclude sour cream, and we were charged a 15% gratuity for a party of only 3, which was not disclosed anywhere. Despite asking for the charge to be removed, it was not. Additionally, the waitress got our beer order incorrect. It appears that the staff does not pay attention to customer requests. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and now I understand why it was empty."
