"The ladies here are really impatient and if they have the choice not to acknowledge you, they will not acknowledge you. She got my order wrong because she rushed me to finish the order, and then when I told her that she missed a variety of items, she put it on me because she wasn't more special, although I couldn't be more direct about wanting a number 6, 7, 10 and a strawberry banana bottle. Honestly, every time I'm here, it's a bad experience because the staff is released."

"update- the last time I left, was not as amazing as the first experience. If they are sick, they are here! the woman literally hacked everywhere and went behind the wall lifted her mask and I think spit in the müll. I was shocked that she could sound terrible and I hope she feels better, but for health reasons (kovided or not) to stay home when they are so sick and treat food. I hate that everyone is filthy! I wish we had one that was clean in front of location. finally a good bosa! the others in yellow are so dirty and rough!"

"I always visit this restaurant, but today after work, I encountered a rude lady. I ordered a half dozen donuts, specifying the types twice. She asked if my order was for 8 donuts, to which I explained that I wanted 1 twist glaze, 2 original ring glaze, 1 raspberry filling, 1 apple filling, and 1 chocolate glaze, totaling 6. She suggested removing some, so I confirmed that I wanted 6. In the end, she only gave me 3 donuts. It was frustrating to have to explain myself multiple times to her."

"This was my second time here. The donuts have always been fresh but I don 't understand why they always act annoyed to sell them. No help explaining the different items. Both times I have been here I ended up getting an order that I didn 't enjoy. It always feels like you are bothering them when you place an order. I ordered 2 donuts and I got an attitude. That 's it only 2 donuts? I wanted to say yes because they are poison and I shouldn 't even be eating one of them. I had a strawberry filled which sounds good in theory because I love strawberry but it was some kind of custard that didn 't have much strawberry flavor. I know they are just donuts but I don 't understand why it always has to be so tough. The ice machine didn 't have ice and if you know soda machines you know that without ice they malfunction. And it 's weird they don 't do it just to me. I watched strange interactions with the rest of the customers. They have a consistent flow of business. Again it 's just donuts so I should be happy that they are at least fresh."

"This place, 75th ave and Cactus..... is disgusting. Everyone who works there should be ashamed. Every table, all six...? were dirty. No trash can in the flappy thing where the trash can goes... No soap in the bathroom. That bathroom looks like its never been properly cleaned or even cleaned before. As a matter a fact the whole place looks like its never been cleaned. I deleted my old review that stated there was short thick hair in the bottom of my smoothy a time or two. Definitely lost my business."
