"we had a brunch reservation, but the chef wasn't working so they didn't open. someone came out and told us after we were standing outside and checked our reservations and their hours. no notification was sent to reservations that they were not opened, so we took a car in the city for nothing. we visited from the city, so we had no other possibility to go."
