"wouldn’t recommend. i love baskin robins but this particular shop wasn’t the greatest. we stopped to get gas and saw BR. we all got waffle cones and they were all very stale. my brothers was broken in half and the worker didn’t really care. although it was tasty, ice cream in some bins was freezer burned. and i had a chunk of ice in my cone.. i hate being a downer, but the workers weren’t happy to do their jobs. no one said thank you, no “come agains!” and no smiles. it was 5:30 on a saturday, it was 90 degrees outside, and was very cool inside. refreshing. i love BR, but i would pick a different restaurant."

"Now I know why this place gets a one star. Sorry but I never post negative reviews. I would rather stay shut then say anything bad. But this place is funny. They f up my drink, I go inside and tell them. They look at me like I have 3 heads. Tell me I'm wrong. How the hell am I wrong. I order the same drink at ever Dunkin' I go too. Also when does anyone add granulated sugar to a caramel macchiato. Last thing I want to be tasting is sugar. I just can't. Good thing I don't come to this Dunkin'. I would explode. "I presented a valid coupon for a milkshake to the man at the restaurant, but he claimed there was no barcode on it. He scanned a non-existent barcode sarcastically and laughed while not honoring the coupon. I ended up paying full price for my milkshake, receiving a receipt and another coupon with no barcode. The man's lack of knowledge on how to use the POS system should not result in me being subjected to his sarcasm or have my money taken. I was already having a bad day, and to top it off, I paid full price for a poorly made milkshake."

"I counted 32 flavors! They have low calorie sherbert to the always satisfying sugar filled ice cream. Personal favorite is the mint chocolate. The milkshake of the same flavor is great too. The staff is great and the inside is air conditioned and clean."

"Great milkshakes and so many flavors! We always order the same things, but could get something new every time if we wanted. On the 31st say of the month they have a special deal on single scoops, it's a fun activity for the kids. The cakes are fun, definitely recommend ordering ahead if you want something particular or writing added. If you don't mind non-personalized they always have a selection to grab and go."

"This is a combination Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins. That being said, I 've come here when I 've been desperate for coffee (I kind of hate Dunkin 's coffee...until I discovered their new Almond Joy Iced Coffee...ask for it with extra syrup, or as I like to call it extra Joy , in need of a quickie breakfast sandwich (with hash brown bites I LOVE those things! , an Oreo Coolatta (also known as Diabetes in a cup or in need of an ice cream. Service here is pretty good. Friendly, efficient, quick turnaround and when there has been a line the staff here is good at managing it. Everything I 've ever eaten or drank here has been pretty good...for a Dunkin Donuts, lol. Now if only Yelp would heed my several messages of how this is actually a combo and not *just* a Baskin Robbins. I live up the block(ish...you stalkers from here and I 've even included pictures to boot."

"I went to the Wisteria location and asked if there were peanuts in the Rocky Road ice cream. I wanted to buy it for my son and explained to the cashier that I wanted to know because my son has peanut allergies. The cashier was very rude and said “I don’t know.” I asked her if she could find out for me and she replied “You can go on Dunkin Donuts online and find out for yourself “ I told her that the ingredients are labeled in front of the flavors and if she could go check for me. She rudely said”No! Go online and look for yourself!” If you work in customer service, you need to know your products and by law you need to know for allergy purposes. Will not come here again."

"I called on a Thursday early evening at after viewing their website for hours of operation because I had a desire and craving for Baskin and Robbins I’ve cream, all for this rude woman to answer the phone abruptly and rude. I asked if they carried ice cream at that location and obviously she couldn’t hear me because she said, “whhaattt?”, as if I asked her some genius question and she was stumped! "If I could give the Team at this location 10 stars, I surely would. The name on my receipt shows Sue but the entire Team is friendly, welcoming and the service is quick. It wasn't as if I had just ordered Coffee on the run.... I had ordered their new Omelet Bites, a Bagel with Creem Cheese and a Large Iced Chi Latte. They had My drink on the counter in a matter of moments and Sue, as always had my food hot and ready in a matter of moments. There are other locations that could take a lesson from this Team. "My husband surprised me with a half gallon of my favorite Jamocha Almond Fudge ice cream, but when we arrived at the ice cream shop, we saw a sign in the window saying they were out of stock. Luckily, the employee behind the counter took pity on us and gave us half of the gallon. Their customer service was excellent, unlike our previous experience where the young employees were more interested in flirting with customers than fixing the broken freezer. Hopefully Dunkin' Donuts will bring back their banana chocolate chip muffins soon!"
