"It is worth a nice walk. Found this in the Lonely Planet, which is not always a good thing, especially when the book is from 2008 really nice imple interior with busy dining rooms and white plates and fans great menu or fresh and light dishes etc. the accompaniments with my Hog fish could be a little hotter but they were delicious. nice mango salsa. a great break of fried food and the Duval Street crowds service was very attentive, but not overbid not cheap, but a splurge, a beautiful walk through the colonial houses to find it"

"I am grateful that the restaurant was open after Hurricane Irma since my home was without power. Despite having a limited menu, the food and service were still excellent. Our server, Phoenix, was lovely even though she had to deal with rude and impatient customers. It's important to remember that servers and staff are also affected by the circumstances. Complaining about a smaller menu and being rude is unnecessary. They are providing a service by staying open in difficult conditions."

I asked her to add another table, but they wouldn't. "We have had some wonderful experiences at this restaurant, especially during my last visit on Mother's Day. The wait time was short, the restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Our server, Tiffany, went above and beyond to make our experience special. "We visited the cracker barrel during a ride through Gallup, NM on Hwy 40. Easy to reach and beautiful parking. The farmhouse has a variety or treats, candy and homemade items. The food is American comfort food, but the shiny star of this situation was our waitress Lisa. She was amazing. So nice and helpful. I had problems with the menu because I wanted a lot of food and she helped me get a perfect amount of food. She often checked us and was friendly and personal during our time there. If I lived closer to Gallup, I would eat here often so I could sit in her section. Thank you, Lisa. You made our visit very unforgettable!!!"

"Went to dinner with my family and service was horrible. Our waiter did not clear the table whatsoever during the meal. We waited over 45 minutes just to get boxes to take our leftovers home took about 15-20 minutes to have someone even come to our table to take our order. There was plenty of staff working but service was slow and food was not hot. I love Cracker barrel, but avoid this location and take the drive to a location that takes their job seriously, you'll have a better experience."

"What a bummer. Hostess was great but the waitress left us for a table of 10. We sat patient for over 30 minutes watching others getting to order and eat there food. "I love the food here but I had to leave the last time I visited. Someone was ignoring their small child as she screamed at the top of her lungs. The manager refused to do anything about it. My head is throbbing from the constant shrieking. Ruined my lunch and my day, I really wanted to eat here, and now I'm sitting in my car crying. Kid-friendliness: They don't care if your child screams at the top of their lungs, constantly. I guess that's more friendly to kids than adults."
