"Despite expressly asking to be served slowly, and even though there was only one other couple in the entire place, our drinks were followed minutes later by our appetizers and the moment we finished those the plates were removed and our entrees were placed down. minutes start to finish very poor! "I am grateful that the restaurant was open after Hurricane Irma since my home was without power. Despite having a limited menu, the food and service were still excellent. Our server, Phoenix, was lovely even though she had to deal with rude and impatient customers. It's important to remember that servers and staff are also affected by the circumstances. Complaining about a smaller menu and being rude is unnecessary. They are providing a service by staying open in difficult conditions."

"We have had some wonderful experiences at this restaurant, especially during my last visit on Mother's Day. The wait time was short, the restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Our server, Tiffany, went above and beyond to make our experience special. We would dine here more often if we could afford it and our toddlers weren't so energetic. Thankfully, there are plenty of activities to keep them occupied and the prices are very reasonable. The farmhouse store offered a delightful selection of treats, candies, and homemade goods. The food was classic American comfort fare, but what truly stood out was our waitress, Lisa. She was fantastic—kind and attentive. I had a hard time deciding on what to order since I wanted to try so many things, and she helped me figure out the perfect amount. "Went to dinner with my family and service was horrible. Our waiter did not clear the table whatsoever during the meal. We waited over 45 minutes just to get boxes to take our leftovers home took about 15-20 minutes to have someone even come to our table to take our order. There was plenty of staff working but service was slow and food was not hot. I love Cracker barrel, but avoid this location and take the drive to a location that takes their job seriously, you'll have a better experience."

"I love the food here but I had to leave the last time I visited. Someone was ignoring their small child as she screamed at the top of her lungs. The manager refused to do anything about it. My head is throbbing from the constant shrieking. Ruined my lunch and my day, I really wanted to eat here, and now I'm sitting in my car crying. Kid-friendliness: They don't care if your child screams at the top of their lungs, constantly. I guess that's more friendly to kids than adults."
