"Overall, everything was enjoyable. However, I did feel unwell after having the chicken slider. As for the service, it was for takeout during lunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a 1, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4. I would recommend trying the roast beef and curly fries."

"I haven't been to an Arby's in years, and I was so surprised to find such great sandwiches available! I couldn't decide between the Gyro, the Corned Beef, or the Beef au jus. They all looked so good. Opted for the Gyro, and it was terrific. The meat was tender and tasty, and of course, the curly fries were delish. I will definitely be back!"

"as a truck driver who is looking to eat over night covid is hard. I saw that arby’s and saw that they were open until midnight. I move up at 11:40 clock and go towards lobby to find it has gone. So I pulled the rope out of it because they are open until midnight. I'm in there so the guy could tell me they're closed at 11:30. that doesn't make sense. Why close 30 minutes early? which win did you? sounds for me, the personal is just lazy and wanted to get out early. I hope they read it so they can get my message. you work where you work from a ground. you have no ambition."

"The service is quite fast and the employee who takes the order and then awaits you at the window is quite friendly. My favourite is the Greek Gyro (DELICIOUS). I also have one of the newly advertised sandwiches, but although Arby's claim, they have the meat, I haven't seen much in my sandwich. Besides, I ordered coke zero, instead I got a diet. I think they have no coke zero, and although the employee confirmed my choice twice, he still gave me a diet coke. I would have preferred that he told me they didn't offer it, so I would have chosen something else."

"Fast and furious service, as the old saying goes, is how this Arby's car went through. The food was hot and delicious; and the value for the paid money was just. We asked about horse sauce and first they invite us with a kind of cranberry sauce for the reubs. However, when we asked for horse sauce before leaving, they corrected the sauces happy. "While the food is exactly what you expect, the service is quite slow. They either forgot to include any sauces or didn’t ask if I wanted any at all. The most disappointing aspect, however, was that the fries were curly! I believe the restaurant is overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with demand. It's not uncommon to see the drive-thru line stretching out of the parking lot and onto the highway, causing traffic congestion in some areas. If you find a long line, it’s best to look for a different place, especially if you’re short on time. Otherwise, if you decide to go to Arby’s, you’ll get what you expect, though you might miss out on some options."

"I ordered the app and went to pick up. I had added 2 cups of cheese sauce to my order for which it is worth it. When I got my food, I realized that my cheeses were missing, my drinks and sandwiches were wrong. I just found out from my mouth that the command was wrong and the cheese sauce was missing. the workers on the back began with the squeezing and raising the crisp from the back line. I have never had such a terrible experience and respect! will not be back."

"This is our way to Fast Food in Bethalto. It is a bit healthier than the others and the food is consistent. If you haven't seen the new interior, it's pretty amazing how they turned the old Arby into something new and very nice. During my last visit the GM and the owner worked and it was like a precision machine polite, clean and fast. What do you want from Fast Food? "Amazing selection of dishes. I've never been a fan of her traditional beef sandwiches, but with her new stuff, my fight is just a reasonable amount because it sounds good. Your chicken salad is wonderful. I love the Gyro (Turkey or Greek), the pizza slides, the reubs, the potato cake, so much good stuff. "Over 20 minutes wait for ride thru and food was average. The machine that takes money does not supply food. The young man who works had to stand outside and pay from the customers. He took it to the store and brought food back. He was very respectful and apologised for slow service. I praise him for his patience customer service despite the situation with the business."
