"It has been a while since I was here last. There was no line this time and I was able to order from my vehicle without waiting. The order taker was hard to hear and the ordering conversation seemed awkward. I was not asked for topping selections and received hot dogs and a cheeseburger with all the toppings. "Never go any time close to the close of day. And no it wasn't right at close. We went 30 minutes prior to and they messed up the entire order. "This particular Portillos-Barnellis has gone downhill since Covid. You can't just call in an order to pickup at the drive thru anymore. Almost everything must be done online via their app. This makes things more complicated for special requests that are easier to make over the phone. "I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Portillos. We went shopping at Target and had our Eye appointments at America's Best. It is so conveniently located.
