"I have never ever had such an experience at McDonald's before! We placed curbside orders through the app, my friends app kept saying to see an associate, so we went inside. The Manager said his order crashed her system and she was gonna comp it, then walked away, not communicating this to anyone but us. So after a long awkward wait, he got his food about 20 mins after me. I was told my coffee would be 9 mins. Okay. After going up there 3 TIMES, and about an hour later I finally got my coffee. Meanwhile the manager was in office, then outside in her car and smoking, not managing a single thing. Wouldn't be so awful if the team had leadership of some sort.Do not recommend. Will never go back."
