"We arrived at the restaurant and were not given the option of a Teppanyaki table or a regular table. When we requested a cooking table, the hostess claimed they were fully booked, even though there were open tables available. Despite having a reservation, we were told online reservations do not apply to Teppanyaki tables. Confused, we ended up sitting at a cramped table in between other diners. After a short time, we decided to leave and try the Japanese restaurant down the street where we had a better experience. It seems that they should clarify their reservation policy for Teppanyaki tables. Overall, we left feeling disappointed."
