"Edit: I wrote a scathing review critical of the food. I am happy to report that the owners were quick to reach out to me and make things right. Their responsiveness leads me to believe that they take the reviews seriously and work toward improvement so that everybody can have the great experience that the positive reviews here are mentioning. As I did in my initial review, I want to praise the two brothers who were working at the counter. They were very polite, kind and courteous, and quick to serve us. I found this attitude reflected in management's responsiveness, too. Next time I am in Chicago for my annual trip, I will give Spinzer another try."
