"Order never arrived on time, no matter how much earlier it was ordered. I literally ordered before 1 hour and after reaching the place at the pick up time, they made me wait for 15 more minutes to give my food. This is ridiculous and you guys definitely have to work on this. People order in advance to cut the wait time and what’s the point of ordering them before? Do you really care of your customers time? If so please respect it and work on your time management. It happened to me several times and each time I have to make sure I have my order ready reaching there.. this means you guys only start working on the order after someone reaches the place?Note: restaurant is not busy at all for dine ins to assume it took them a while to work on mine.Very disrespectful!!!!!"

"The majestic chicken, mysore bonda with 2 different Chutneys were delicious and yumm. I can order them again when I'm here. Cut mechi, Lamb biriyani were also good. Mango Lassi was moderately sweet in contrast to other Indian restaurants that give you diabetes in a sip. The waiters can be friendly, wear a smile. The place was busy in a weekend, but the service was fast. I'd say one of the best Indian restaurants in Austin MSA."

"my shrimp curry court was good. my man had the buffet. the chicken ktikka was outside and not filled again while we were there. unfortunately the service was very bad. it began to argue with me that I made a reservation in an open table. then, after taking our order, he never brought our drinks. he never refilled our water and we had to get the leak from someone else. our waiter never returned to the table."

"The food was good overall. However, I recommend improving the quantity relative to the price and adding more paneer to the biryani. It would also be helpful to specify which paneer dish is included in the thali. On a positive note, the dal makhani was fantastic, and the malai kofta was delicious, though the size and number of koftas could be increased. I appreciate that the flavor of each dish was authentic to its traditional preparation. The butter naan was also enjoyable."

"I had best biryani at Bawarchi compared to other Indian restaurants in Delaware. The spice levels are perfect in Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani. And other dish I tried was gobi manchurian and it was really delicious."

"Was craving Indian food and found this place. The mango laasi was good almost like a mango shake. I tried samosa chat and it had more chickpeas and no samosa. It felt like eating chickpeas with papdri. The fish fry was more of a fish pakora but it was okay. I tried chicken thaali and out of that only chicken tika (red one) was good. We also ordered biryani thinking we can take the left overs and ended up taking all of it. I was hoping it will be good but it was a just okay. If I think about it the only thing I liked was the mango laasi and chicken tika. FYI they don?t make regular tea it has to be masla tea and it?s strong so you would need to add sugar to drink it!"

"Context: After a long, hot day of exploring Vancouver my family and I wanted to get a solid meal before heading to the airport for a late flight. Service: Great. The staff was friendly and super helpful with ordering. They also checked in on us a couple of times. Food: Outstanding! This was one of the best Indian meals I have had in a while. My son and I got tandoori chicken (it came out steaming hot crispy and spicy). My daughter and wife got butter chicken super creamy, flavorful and delicious. We also got four (yes four) orders of naan (two regular and two garlic). It was warm, crispy and soft (crispy outside and bottom soft interior. My daughter gave the food a 10 out of 10. Atmosphere: Nice but casual? You can see the kitchen from the dining room. I personally love that you see, hear and smell all of the delicious food being cooked. Overall: A great place to eat and highly recommended!"

"Very good food. Got the chicken Tikka masala and an assortment of sides and everything tasted good. Serving sizes are about par with other Indian restaurants I've been to. Pricing is better than the other Indian restaurant in town, although that's just basing pricing off of their website. Online ordering was easy and the food was ready when I got there. Buffet looked really good, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet."
