"This location literally stole money from me. My order was sent to the wrong location through the online order system. No big deal. Called the store direct to cancel the order and have it moved to Stringtown rd location. Next day I check my card to see they charged me not once. But twice for food I never received. I called several time to speak to their “manager” if you can call her that. I was put on hold forever amongst other things. Then she picked back up the phone like she was talking to a new customer. Guess she forgot about me. Generally she just had a bad attitude. As far as I’m concerned if y’all need to steal that bad. Then keep the money. But you lost my business forever. Very unprofessional. Idk how she has her job."
