"had a reservation and called 10 minutes before the reservation and two times, no answer; third time the phone was answered and we indicated we would be about 10 minutes late due to traffic. We were told our table was ready and waiting and it was not a problem. We knew we would make it in the 15 minute window but wanted to let the restaurant know. Got there and there was not a table and they tried to sit us outside in December. We were able to stay inside and squeeze into a booth. Took 30 minutes to get drinks, and 45 minutes to get food. They were out of ribs and brisket. We understand that times are tough with supply chain and serving staff; however, were disappointed about the reservation and not having a table for 8 ready when told it was......."
