"This is really the worst steak house in Missouri. Staff are extremely rude and do not help customers. I have supported this restaurant since I was a little girl now on my 40?s smh I feel just respected and this is the thanks that for constant support I get her smfh bad customer service then above that I hair in my food tonight that is exactly why I don't want to go there no matter how much I desire a piece of grilled chicken and potatoes because that is absolutely unacceptable. And their steaks taste like paper thin without a favor. I had an execution order then when I called to get the hair in my food that hangs it and does not answer the phone when I call back so after today I will never go there again and I guess someone else who does not want to go good customer service and quality food there, as well as I asked if the women carry hair nets there and do not? Which most women have artificial hair, the unaniter??"
