Once our drinks were halfway away, she immediately had another one on the table. I was very impressed because sometimes it's hard to find something like that. "ordered board online, tho I was in the neighboring hotel so I called and informed I would go over for pickup (that was no option on the online check interesting enough). asked for extra honey, utensilien, mayo. everything was as ordered. chicken pliers were very good. the bisque was good and the short-cake was good. even the side salad was happy. super simple transaction and everything as desired. very pleased w/ the entire experience. just knocking could fries were less than crispy, but not a freeze guy, it's not a deal breaker."

"I come to this location specifically twice a month when I come to town to see my daughter. I would say 90% of the time the food is great, The staff is great as well. However this time in particular was definitely different. We get the exact same thing every time Parmesan crusted chicken. The chicken was so cold that it did not even melt half of the cheese on top of it. However someone like myself who has not ate in about 29 hours is practically starving as well as a 7-year-old daughter complaining that her stomach hurts cuz she's hungry. We went ahead and ate some of it. Certainly did not eat all of it. And just could not partake anymore. So we put it to the side never got asked how are food was. And I'm not exactly the type It's going to complain to the waitress. If anything I would rather complain to the person who made it Nonetheless the service was decent this time not the best I've ever had here. But because of the condition of the food. I will start finding another place to take my daughter elsewhere. I take my other daughter at the San Antonio location to the longhorn Steakhouse there.Guess because of this experience I will no longer be eating at longhorn. I have been a loyal customer for many many years who eats out here at least two to four times a month. Customer lost."

Onto the food, I was very flavorful. The appetizer spinach and artichoke and the bread was savory. The grilled chicken with mushrooms and onions and peppers was cooked perfectly. The house salad was a little bit better than most places. Fried chicken sandwich was crispy and moist. The only downful was the cost. Seemed very pricey for what you got. "Our son got married and it was a very small wedding and Michael from our Sugarland Longhorn Steak House was so very helpful and accommodating to our plans! We were able to give him a list of meals for our party because we had some people that need special items. He took those and made a special menu just for group and add a special message on the menu to celebrate our son's and his new wife wedding. Our sever Tony also was the first contact my wife made in telling her was our plans were and she turned her onto the Manager Michael and said she would love to be the sever and take very good care of us! Boy she certainly did that and more! We were taken care of by Tony and never once wanted for anything! Everyone got what they wanted and enjoyed the meal so very, very much! She even took all our special menus after ordering and kept them safe so everyone could have a keep sake from the meal! Also she brought anyone who needed a to go box and some asked for extra sides to go with their meal and was so very gracious about doing that! All in all this was by far the best experience we have ever had and would and will tell everyone to come to this Longhorn for a meal or a special get together and hopefully you can ask Micheal for any help. Also ask for Tony to be your server! You won't be disappointed!"

"We wanted a real steak dinner and this is where we stopped. They were criwded but it only took about 10 minutes to get a table and service was prompt. Our server gave us good attention to be sure our drinks did not run out and we had boxes for our leftovers. Might cost a little more than other similar places but considering a staff who does their job without being asked (or seeming too stressed and/or on their phones) it's well worth it. Their steaks and their loaded potatoes are tasty good!"
