"I dined at this location tonight and I just have to say that as short handed as they were the entire staff did an amazing job at keeping very calm and professional. As I was sitting waiting for a table I witnessed some extremely RUDE people yelling at the poor staff that were trying their best to get their orders out. Riley and her staff went above and beyond under the circumstances! Thanks to all of you who worked hard tonight, I will be back soon."

"Horrible service took forever to get drinks reservations were not ready table cloths were dirty waiters were hard to get are find second table were very unsturdy it was so embarrassing for us our guest was trying to leave because everything was talking so long including dinner just terrible"
"The service and food were good… not as good as the Denver store.... Really my only true complaint was that they crammed our party of 9 into a table meant for 6 and then one of our party was stuck between a pillar and the table which was uncomfortable… all in a restaurant that was barely half full.... really made no sense."

"Every bite of food we ate was wonderful and delicious! The gumbo was superb. The fish tacos were excellent. The bread pudding was the perfect end to a perfect lunch. The drinks were yummy. This was my first visit New Orleans and The Munch Factory is only 20 minutes by car from the French Quarter. It is a must on the itinerary!!"
