"I recently dined at the Grand Concourse Sunday Buffet with my family, a tradition we uphold once a year. Unfortunately, like previous ones, this visit left much to be desired. The food was consistently lukewarm, and service could have been faster. Additionally, the overall value for the price paid could have been better. It's concerning that a buffet-style meal would have entrées not served at the correct temperature. I also had reservations about the cleanliness of the facility. In summary, my experience at the Grand Concourse Sunday Buffet could have been better, and I hope improvements can be made to enhance the dining experience for future customers."
