"Bad Service. I placed 2 orders and I was giving the wrong order and on top of it the food was cold. I called to talk to the manager and of course she/he wasn't available until the next day. Bad customer service. Other type of restaurants don't treat you that way. Very disappointed it with Inca Gaucho. Never again. I Do Not recommend this restaurant. Sadly, I had to write this review because you are trusting them with your food after a long day. Food is cold and it wasn't what you ordered."
