"I'm sorry I don't remember the name of our waitress. It was efficient, attentive and extremely helpful. She made our experience 5 stars. We wanted a stand on the back because of the noise, but could not be accommodated, although the tables were empty when we arrived on time1 And even if other reviews of the paella were not the best we were happy enough to be there when they served seafood Paella and it was delicious."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. My friends and I decided to visit after being turned away from some of the trendy spots in Southport on a Monday night. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a few beers. Our server, Alejandro, was excellent and provided us with great recommendations. We were amazed to discover that all drafts were only $4 after our second round of drinks. The food, including tenders and fries, was delicious and perfect for a bar setting. The restaurant had a large selection of drafts, a great patio, delicious food, and excellent service. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"Nice atmosphere lively without being too loud. The server was friendly and attentive and checked to see if an appetizer that had been sold out earlier in the day was available again (it was! . My husband had the Basmati Rice Bowl with chicken and I had the chorizo burger. Both were excellent. My only disappointment was with the fries they were typical and given the creativity of the rest of the menu, I expected more. That's the only reason I didn't give the food a 5 so kind of nit picky on my part. We also had the baked Halloumi cheese (a must which was great. Overall, a good value and we would go often if we lived in the area."

"I used a mobile app to make a reservation for a table for 8 people for a birthday dinner. Our group arrived on time and found the restaurant to be relatively quiet with plenty of empty tables. Unfortunately, our table was not ready and we had to wait for over 10 minutes while they put one together for us. Once seated, I noticed that there were no food options available for under $13. The standard taco plates with rice and beans ranged from $13 to $21, which I found to be exorbitant compared to my usual Mexican restaurants where I pay much less. The food was very salty and lacked flavor. Fortunately, there was a great mariachi band performing. Despite indicating on the reservation app that it was a birthday celebration, the band did not come to sing to our table until we had finished our meal and had to flag them down after waiting for about 20 minutes. I would not return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to others."

"We really enjoyed the food! Delicious!! Our waitress was a little preoccupied after she gave us the menus and our drinks she went and sat down and started wrapping forks and forgot to take our order we also had to ask for drink refills two different times. That was our first time going there and the food was so good even though the service was a little lacking from our one waitress we will go back again. Hopefully our next time we will have a waitress who is more attentive to her table. But we highly recommend the food!!"

"this cozy little restaurant has a warm atmosphere, beautifully decorated, with large service. but above all they have fantastic food. the menu has a large selection of breakfast, Mexican and American options. the salsa was the best I had for a long time, and the horchata was perfect and served in a large glasstein. all for a good price. it was a wonderful eating experience, and I highly recommend it."

"Ram Restaurant and Brewery was pretty good. I ordered the Cheeseburger Veggies were fresh and meat was cooked to my liking. For an Appetizer my Dad ordered the Pretzel sticks with Cheese. Cheese wasn't my cup of tea. A little bland but still 3/5 . Pretzels were salted up and tasted great without cheese. Soda was nice and bubbly sprite has a different taste everywhere but was really good here. Didn't have to wait long for a seat asap-5 minutes. Gets most busy during football season. Staff was nice and checked up on us for the most part. TVs are visible no matter the seating. Not to noisy and bathrooms were clean."

"Amy in the bar is the best server I've ever had. After working in the service industry, going out has been always less than superior. Amy has totally changed that. She's attentive, respectful, and knows how to have a laugh. She keeps her guests happy, entertained, and fed. Also, Dave, that runs trivia is great! He takes stabs (always tastefully appropriate) at the audience sometimes and it's always great fun and everyone always seems to enjoy it. I've been to other trivia nights and they're nowhere near as fun. Mix Trivia with Dave and Amy as your server, and you will have a super fantastic night. Thank you both!"

"Always a great location with nice surrounding. Waitstaff is always great. But the speed of the bar and kitchen are consistently lacking. Is there only one bartender for the whole restaurant? It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a drink every time. This has been the case the last couple of visits and needs to be fixed. Prices are creeping above competition."

"A decent place for dinner. The service was friendly and the food was okay. Tried the nachos with beef, pretzels and beer cheese, cheese curds, garlic fries, and fried pickles. Nothing was absolutely spectacular tasting but was decent. The Buttface Amber Ale they have is pretty good and I heard their Porter was good as well from others in our party. There was some confusion at the hostess station about our reservation but they sorted it out eventually and were able to seat us. It's a plus that it's walking distance from hotels in the area."

"Went for Father’s Day. Biggest complaint was that there wasn’t any A/C and our server said it had been like that for days. So the A/C certainly wasn’t our server’s fault but he left a lot to be desired for in the service we were given. First round of drinks came quickly. Then we had to ask for refills on the off chance we saw him. My husband’s meal was supposed to come with fries. By the time our server returned after our food arrived, my husband had finished his meal. He asked for the fries anyway and they came fairly quickly...these were tasty and worth the wait. Our server ultimately comped our appetizer and 2 of our alcoholic drinks. But it just felt like it was an effort to eat there. Not what I was expecting. I would return to try again but only if there is A/C."

"We came for the night of Trivia, made by the Garland Central Library, it was a lot of fun! We sat at the bar, was a little tight by many people who visited this event, with only 2 servers get all the orders they did a good job to serve everyone. Overall, if there is another event here, we will definitely participate. Food was good, great service and the place was clean."

"Overall we really liked it. Food was very good, portions large. Especially liked the fried asparagus and Brussel Sprouts appetizers. Steak and chicken paella also very good. Service very slow at first maybe due to restaurant being very crowded on Saturday night of Restaurant Week. It got a little better through the meal. Overall experience very good.
