"This buildind looks like someone just plucked it right out of the South! A brick structure with a beautiful southern charm. The theme carried inside with hot sauce and a roll of paper towels on each table. When you enter the restaurant, your nose is greeted with the awesome smells of barbecued meats. The sounds of meats being chopped, cut and served deli style. It's an unforgettable sensory experience! The Big guy behind the counter offered me samples to help me make up my mind about the delightful taste experience I was about to enjoy. I chose the Brisket and the hot sausage. I was shaking my head in disbelief at how tender and flavorful the meats were. I really did not need to add any sauce to improve the flavors. They were cooked and seasoned just right! While I was enjoying this Southern delight, the big guy walked over with a pork rib, set it down and said, try this! On the house, I might add! I also enjoyed their Mac n Cheese. You have never had this before! Do not miss a chance to enjoy this place if you are near Irving, Texas, you will walk away with a BIG Southern grin on your face!"
