"To start things off, the breakfast burritos are good. The reason I’m writing a negative review is because of the cashier. There’s two of them but the younger taller well-rounded girl is quite rude. I usually go in there for breakfast burritos. I’ve been attended by her 3 times and each time I’ve gone to pick up my order she basically throws it on the counter I can hear it hit the counter. Its a heavy burrito. It’s almost as if she’s throwing me food like a dog. She either needs training on how to handle food and customers or she needs to be replaced. The other cashier that works there doesn’t do that to my food. I’m about to eat this food that I purchased from your amazing restaurant, It’s a pet peeve when I see people treating my food that way. Why do I want to keep coming back and being treated the same way. Even though the food outweighs the service I don’t like being treated that way and I know one person not going to the restaurant is not going to make a difference but hopefully this review will be brought to the owners attention how she’s treating her customers or possibly just me I have no idea. As much as I want to keep spending my hard earned money on their delicious food, today’s the last burrito I’ve ever buy from them thanks to her unprofessionalism."

"Beyond words delicious. My daughter had pancakes that melted in our mouth, my best friend had mohara frita with garlic butter that was absolutely amazing, and I had the taco salad that was so good and so fresh. All the ingredients for fresh and not mushy, they seasoned everything to perfection. We ate so much and the food was not heavy. The customer service and the workers there were very sweet and amazing! During our trip we came back twice. And we will be back anytime we come to Southern California!!!!"

"I came here with employees and was pleasantly surprised to find a fully vegetarian section of their menu as well as many vegan-labeled items. they have also added vegan fools to the menu. I had a chimichanga that was really good. Unfortunately, it came up with cheese on the table and I had to make it new, but they were super nice about it and recognized it before it was even served. the salsa bar was legit. two different types of chips and different salads that they can use themselves. I really enjoyed that! also in the position to go from work (I work in the phoenix capitol area) was a plus. they have water cups that are plastic, and styropor for so that I don't have a fan of, but different from that, it's nice to have a place I can actually go to foot from work with my coworkers."

"My favorite Mexican restaurant in Wheeling. I've been going to this place for how long and I just really love their food. I would go here each time I am craving for Mexican foods because they have the best of it in the area based on experience especially their tacos and burritos. There are also times that I honestly experienced something not great but going back and forth to the place for a long time, I got used to it and there are just really times where everything is not good which is basically understandable. I love that the restaurant is consistent to their food and to their prices as well. The food is definitely delicious, full of flavor, fresh and the prices are very reasonable and this is also perfect whenever I am in a hurry or sometimes, I wanted food really fast. It is not something fancy which is really nice and the ambiance of the restaurant is very comfortable. Customer service of the restaurant is also great and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is definitely the restaurant that you should not miss to visit here in Wheeling."

"I have eaten here many times and it is always excellent! The place is super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have to eat gluten-free (because of allergy not preference and never had a problem eating here. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the options that would be safe for me to eat. I usually order on the line that is super easy from their website, and my order is ready to pick up when I arrive. The only difficulty I have with this place is the decision to order what: everything I tried was delicious, but I think I should say the Fajitas are my favorite! "I usually am really satisfied with the restaurant overall. But I went to get some food tonight, I order 3 queso Barria tacos and there was no cheese in sight which I paid extra for. Then I found a hair in my container. I tried to call the number on the receipt and there was no answer after numerous attempts. Very unsatisfactory. I just wanted to see if I could get some kind of compensation or get it fixed. I could not go back to the restaurant so I wanted to speak to someone which was unsuccessful. "I was going to order food through Grubhub, so I could pick it up. They had an offer seven dollars off your first order, so I use that coupon and ordered a steak burrito bowl. They gave a pretty good size portion of refried beans, lettuce, rice, steak, cheese, salsa, sour cream. However, the steak literally has absolutely zero taste. I'd rather get a burrito bowl from chipotle. I definitely was not impressed."

"I want to start by mentioning that I'm a huge breakfast enthusiast and I could eat it at any time of the day. I've visited this restaurant several times, both dining in and using their drive-thru, and I've been extremely pleased every time. My favorite dish so far has been the breakfast burrito, which I ordered with bacon. It was a generously sized burrito that perfectly balanced the eggs, potatoes, bacon, and cheese. It wasn’t greasy or messy, just a simple and delicious breakfast that hit the spot. It’s large enough to either cut in half for two smaller meals or enjoy in one sitting – either way, you’re likely to be satisfied until dinner. I truly love a good breakfast burrito, and this one is my favorite in the Corona/Norco area so far. I’ll definitely be returning when the craving strikes again! It also comes with salsa on the side. As for the service, even though you place your order upon arrival and don’t expect much interaction, Fantastic Cafe exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness; they checked on us several times. Everything was delivered to our table exactly as we ordered it. Overall, this is an excellent choice for breakfast any day, at any time. It’s simple, tasty, and reliable! I will be coming back!"
