"Incredible mexican restaurant. Love the appetizers of chips and guac (spicy is hot! or the nopales. My favorite dishes here are the lengua burrito (burritos are wet style burritos that come with some delicious rice and beans and the chili rellenos. Can't go wrong with any of the Mexican choices. Unsure what the pizza is like but that's not why I come here. They also have a few beers available. A hidden gem i share here because I want them to prosper."

"I have never in my life experienced this kind of, unprofessionalism and complete and utter indifference towards a customer ever. I waited over an hour and a half for my order today and when I called the restaurant, they claimed the order needed an additional 20 minutes to be delivered. I told them that it was already and hour and a half that I had been waiting for my order. After 15 minutes had gone by, delivery.com called me to let me know that this so-called restaurant has cancelled my order. When I called the restaurant, they clearly lied and said that their driver had been in an accident so they couldn’t deliver my food. This has happened to me years before with the same restaurant. Reading the reviews below, I thought they might have changed management. Clearly that didn’t happen and they have continued to tout the same lie and the same u professional, and utter lack of indifference towards their customers. I am so deeply disappointed that I have completely blacklisted this dumpster of a restaurant from my list of places to order food from. I would not be surprised if I walked by tomorrow and saw them shut down because of their inability to function as a proper restaurant should. I wonder how many people have had a similar experience like this because this is not the first time it’s happened to me with this place"

"This evening me and my family came in to eat, it took a little for our waitress to come to us but it happens so it was no big deal and she seemed super friendly. Our food came out and it wasn?t exactly what we asked for, our waitress gave me the dirtiestlook when I politely let her know the issue and she seemed to not understand what we were saying and kept giving us an attitudeand even tried arguing with me. We didnt eat anything , we then told them we were leaving and got up and left. I work in arestaurant so i am very understanding of these things but this was such a bad experience and the girl who served us shoulddefinitely rethink the way she wants to communicate with her guests. We wont be back to this particular restaurant."

"This is my third visit to Metro and I am always delighted to have a local spot that puts in effort and supports young chefs, hence the four stars. I tried the cauliflower, impossible meat, and soy chorizo dishes. The flavors were a bit lacking as they were not seasoned well and tasted bland, but a squeeze of lime or some hot sauce easily fixed that. Despite this, the ingredients were fresh and I am happy to have Metro in the neighborhood. Reviewed on May 30, 2022."

"Great food and excellent service! I always enjoy coming here for the tacos. They used to have fantastic frozen margaritas, but I noticed they’re no longer available. I’m not sure if there are new owners, as I didn’t see the familiar staff I grew up with. Their chicken and steak were incredibly delicious, as always. You can’t go wrong here. I absolutely love their tacos!"

"I grew up in a restaurant. It is VERY rare I leave a bad review for a restaurant. I'm not sure I've ever left a review. Anyway, the food tasted like addicts were preparing it. I ordered from uber eats and the lids were literally all coming off, the bagwasn't even stapled shut. Wide open. I am physically sick and I'm not sure if it's my nerves or the few bites I did take. I meannot one single thing they sent was good. NoT 1 and i spent 80 bucks. I'm so sorry to go on and on. I could never serve anyonethis food I mean it was bad. What if their kitchen is dirty. I'm freaked out. It was THAT bad."

"We order from uber eats and is always fresh and tasty. I usually get the Chimichangas Supreme and she gets the Fajitas, the cheese is also very tasty. "Not all the food we ordered is pictured. We spent around $50. I’m not sure what kind of cheese they use but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. They claim to be authentic but the cheese wasn’t any identifiable authentic Mexican cheese. The closest in flavor in my opinion is white American cheese. The tamale masa wasn’t corn, it was soft and mushy. Not sure what that was but definitely not an authentic Mexican tamale. I was disappointed. The beef burrito and the rice were the best items. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere or service since we did carry out."
