"Bake goods are always my favourite in Paris Baguette and kind people working there not the owner, he was really not polite while taking my orders almost wanted to get rid of me I got one piece of pastry than I was about to ask cake and coffee, he doesn?t know customer relationships, he should hire a professional help)but there was a strong odor inside the store which was not bearable to sit down and have snack. Place has a great light and wide seating area yet no one was there. I decided to get a coffee and some cake which was amazing than tried to connect to wifi, there was none unfortunately. I guess it will be my last time here since I can?t check my emails and study but wish the owner best! They will do great with improvements."

"We just visited, having ordered ahead via their app. Our order was a little late in being prepared, which didn't bother me, but the young man who helped us was very kind and apologetic and gave us a piece of cake to make up for it. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but his customer service was exemplary and I will definitely be back. Also their food is great and I love the Mojito spritzer!"

"This cafe has many seats available (more than 20 , and it is pretty clean as always.Here, you can find a huge diversity of sweet (cakes, fresh bakery and products with meat (mini ? , meal for breakfast (sandwiches with eggs and salads; turkey, and ?; chicken ... . I like the kitchen (you can watch through the glass how the cakes are made .Every day they have fresh and delicious cakes. My favorite is Blueberry Cake (moderately sweet and incredible creamy .Today, I ordered Turkey BLT (sandwich with multi grain bread, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon and? a piece of Chocolate Strawberry Cake. The Turkey BLT was fresh, had enough mayonnaise, bread was soft, and turkey was tasty. The piece of cake wasn't super sweet, air, and had fresh fruits .I come here quite often (more than 10 times and usually get good service. But today nobody didn't get me a box for my cake (usually ask , when I asked a box a lady didn't help to put the cake in the box. It's seems a little bit rude. A wasted tip. "The desserts at this restaurant are amazing! While the drinks are good, the real standout here is the baked goods and desserts. We ordered four different slices of cake for my friend's birthday and each one was decadent and delicious in its own unique way. I highly recommend their cakes for birthdays or events - you can't go wrong! However, I was not as impressed with the drinks. I tried two different options and found both to be lacking. The Matcha-Lattes were too sweet and the regular latte was a bit weak. Overall, the drinks were decent but not quite to my liking."

"Best pastry I've ever had is their Very Berry Pastry. I ate one on my way out and went back in to get 4 more. The cashier rang up some items incorrectly and some items were mislabeled, but my love for this pastry in particular supersedes any problems I encountered. Very Berry Pastry sweet and tart cream with fresh glazed fruits. Pastry itself was perfectly crispy. Yum!"

"Usually very packed. Tables and chairs set up by local elders who sit and drink coffee during the gossip. Staff are always welcome and pleasant. Large variety of pastries and sand berries. Coffee and tea and cake. For the most part it is kept clean along with tidy bathrooms. Reason I take 1 star because of 2 things. Months ago they changed the Macha green tea from powder blend to what flavors and looks like watered green tea. It's gross and I miss the way it was done before! Please change it back?! Then they stopped selling the chocolate ice cream they used to have last summer. Just vanilla kicking my 5 year old boy out. All in all, please bring the chocolate ice cream and macha powder mix for drinks please!"

"Sometimes, this place makes mistakes when I place a large order, but the staff is always quick to rectify them. It only takes one ask, and they fix whatever they did incorrectly the first time. This, combined with delicious soft cheese cakes, and gorgeous regular cakes makes this Paris Baguette deserving of five stars . One great thing about cakes here is that they are not too sweet, like the ones you'd get at a grocery store. These have the perfect amount of sugar. Also, their frosting is always delicious, not full of butter substitutes like the usual cakes you can find elsewhere."

"I was in the mood for cake and I really like the cakes at Paris Baguette. I have been a customer for a long time. I decided to order from there for my husband, as I live close to 78th and Northern Blvd. When I tried to place the order, I noticed that they suggested the location on 78th, so I switched to my closest store on 88th. I placed my order, but somehow both orders went through. I don't understand how that happened. I canceled the order at the first location two minutes after receiving a confirmation notification, but they still charged me the full amount for a cake I never received. I contacted Uber and they said the store had my order ready after just 2 minutes, even without confirmation. I understand about cancellation fees, but paying $60 without the option to get my cake is ridiculous. I will never order or buy from your store again."

"You should treat yourself and order from here!!! The 20oz Cold Brew with Caramel Soft Cream was delicious and had the perfect amount of not-to-sweet sweetness with the cold brew. The Egg Cheese Brioche, Hash Brown Bread, and Crab Meat Croquette were all amazing! But my favorite was the Broccoli Cheddar Quiche. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again. They also had great customer service and called because the Strawberry Lemon Cream Croissant wasn apos;t ready for the day. They substituted the strawberry fruit bite, which was scrumptious! It was nice of them to check in and to let me know the quiche would be out of the oven in about 20 minutes, so the dasher might be a little delayed. TOTALLY worth the wait."

"I used to go to this restaurant in the evenings after work, usually between 6-6:30, and they would still have a good selection available. I used to get soft cheese cakes and ham cheese croissants for breakfast to enjoy over the weekend. However, the last few times I have been there, they have been out of my favorite items and even my backup choices. They are open until 9, but it seems like they run out of items early. They used to be a regular spot for me, but now I only visit if I happen to be nearby. However, for special occasions, their cakes are still amazing. I highly recommend the blueberry chiffon or mango coconut cakes. It's their savory pastries that seem to have disappeared."

"Bought a chocolate chiffon cake on Thursday early evening to celebrate a birthday on Friday. I kept the cake refrigerated right away until we took it out for the celebration. Before purchasing, I had asked the employee at the store if their cakes were really fresh and not days old as their cakes in the past used to be very dry and seemingly old. The employee ensured me that all cakes were fresh. I took out the cake on Friday only to find that their fresh cake had completely molded strawberries on them. The picture isn 't very clear, but the two strawberries have fuzzy white and green mold on it. FUZZY, WHITE, GREEN MOLD. Never going to Paris baguette again. Their cakes are over double the amount they used to be too. Truly disappointing, shows how long they must keep these cakes stashed in, they probably swap the fruits around from cakes that didn 't sell. Paris Baguette, customer service can reach out to me if you really want to talk, I 'm not wasting my time and money with this franchise store again."
