"Im giving one star because the host i spoke to on the phone at 14th St was so rude, that we ended up going to another location. I called to make a reservation and the first person i spoke to said “sure, come at 3”. After hanging up, i realized that they never asked for my name. I call back to give my name for the reservation and another person answers, then proceeds to challenge that i even made a reservation in the first place.
