"I finally found a Spanish restaurant in Miami that prepares authentic dishes and not cheap, watered down American versions of Spanish food. This place serves excellent quality classics like Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, a steaming Spanish tortilla, sterling Piquitos filled with creamy cod, superb paella, amazing black rice with squid and shrimp, and on it goes! The maitre is Spanish as well as many of the servers, who are very attentive to the clients' every need. Even the decor is actually reminiscent of a dark, cozy Spanish nook. My only suggestion is that more moderately priced wines from South America are included in their wine list, which currently is made up of some very pricey Spanish wines that don't really seem to match the moderate prices of most of the food. However, their white, bubbly Sangria is well priced and delicious."
