How about the smoked corned beef brisket, ok that would make it pastrami...nobody else doing this...again just outrageous. wings....mmmmm! Smoke is just perfect in every category. Sides are good. Waiting for the collards to be available. This place is just thumping with lots of energy and is just so smoking' good. Looks like my western Ky. BBQ places, yeah, so, so perfect. Great menu, but I know Ernie can do collards, and I love collards. It has become a legendary place rather quickly."
