"Terrible service. When I walked in there was no one behind the counter. Waited 8 minutes before Maci G came out. during that time, another customer shouted hello!! trying to get someone 's attention. Maci did not greet me, did not ask me what I wanted, had a scowl on her face, and begrudgingly took my order. Another employee came in from outside to make my drink looking just as gloomy as the first. The drink was good but the service.... horrible. Will NOT be back."

"This will be my last time going to this Jamba Juice. First time, they added an extremely high amount of matcha to my smoothie which resulted in me vomiting. Second time, the smoothie wasn’t blended correctly and the boosters (powder) was in clumps at the bottom of the cup. "A cashier who was in training 'Jenny ' gave me wrong information. Tried to order a Classic Handwich, they took a moment to enter it and then asked, So an Impossible Handwich? I corrected her and she said Some items we are discontinuing... to which I wasvery puzzled as it 's still on the menu/app. Called someone else over and turns out yes it was available. "I have been there on numerous occasions in years past and they have been great but in recent years and even the past few months the workers are horrendous. The few girls that decide to show up and get paid to do nothing deserve to be fired, the hoursclearly show what times they open and close and I have been there other nights before 9pm, that means at 9 even thought they saythey close at 10 you shouldn't hide behind the counters and turn off the lights when someone pulls up in front of the store. Itis completely unprofessional and the girls are wasting the companies time and money and shouldn't bother hiring rude snottygirls. One of which I can name, Shayly. Just remember the next time you decide to show up actually do your job instead of beinga waste of space"
