"Here’s the thing our server was nice but it was so slow. I had to go to the hostess to ask for a beer card after sitting there for 20 minutes with no server. Took 30+ minutes to get our appetizer. Then another 30 to get our food. The things we got were good but I can’t suggest someone go there unless they’ve got two hours for dinner."

"The food at Syrup is consistently good regardless of which location you're at. The kitchen sink it my favorite breakfast dish and it did not disappoint here. This was my first time at the Cherry Creek location. I was very disappointed to watch wait staff attend to all tables very actively, however, I was alone and only found anyone touching base with me when it was time to order and then time to pay. No water refill, no check in, nothing even though I made eye contact with both staff members several times and they were at less than 50% capacity. The Edgewater location puts y'all to shame on service."

"We arrived and felt warm inside but it was high 90’s outside. We sat at the bar because the hostess said it would be 10 minutes or so. After 30 minutes, we checked back and she had forgotten about us so put us down for next available table which was about 10 more minutes. After talking with the bartender, we discovered the air conditioning was not working. It was extremely hot in the restaurant. Once we were seated we waited about 10 minutes for a server and flagged a server walking by who then took our table. The food was good but could never find our server for more water, napkins, etc. we placed a bar order and he forgot to pick up our drinks. So that was another 20 minutes for two beers. I probably cannot give the food a fair review because at this point we just wanted to leave. Not sure I would return."

"Wouldn't have been here before we tried today. Do not open until 8.AM Monday to Thursday, and only two other small groups there, but the magic is really with the food! Very upscale breakfast menu with many unique items. A little expensive with most articles $16 to $18, but very easy to share a dish and still eat a lot! One photo is a.half her breakfast Burrito, that is a full size plate it is on!"

"They had a band playing, which was great, however, service was very slow, it took an hour for me to get my steak sandwich and my husband to get his chicken sandwich, when it finally came out, it was cold, we sent it back and they brought out hot ones five minutes later. Very interesting. we were also dining with another couple and she ordered brussel sprouts for an appetizer and they brought that out an hour after she ordered. Other tables however were getting their food very quickly. I think our server was not on his game."

"The food at this Mex 1 is consistently excellent. As we know, that’s just one component that makes for a great restaurant. It’s the staff that can make or break a place as well. Mex 1 has an asset with Jara (sp), she works behind the bar and in a word is awesome. Accommodating, cordial and a spot on personality for the position. Mex 1 should be proud that Jara is working with them rather than another place. It’s assets like her that will take any place from good to great."

"Nice 'lil Tex Mex restaurant Midtown East on 3rd Ave. Take 6 train South to 28th stop. Walk east. Great service, friendly and lively fun atmosphere on weekends. Tacos are good, a bit smallish but great flavors with carnitas, fish, shrimp and pork selections. Beer and margherita specials with daily happy hour. Fun place to bring groups."

"Had the chicken sandwich. The thing was HUGE and it was good. The chicken had flavor on it's own and was even better with everything on it. I will say that the lettuce added very little to the taste with the pickles and the mayonnaise. The fries reminded me of Five Guys both with flavor and the amount you get. A little soggy for my taste but I did drive 25 minutes to get it home. Very good food all together and a place I would like to try more of."

"so good! they make it super easy to order online, and the boxes to go are well designed. they get both the queen and the birrie grilled cheese when it is their first time. it will not hurt you. imagine a taco meets French di-crust cheese. the broth is not big on itself, but when in....nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom. salsas are also good. too many Chur donuts. light, fluffy and totally worth it. I didn't need the chocolate sauce."

"Mombos is my family's favorite pizza in town! My uncles, aunts, cousins, and immediate family love their thin crust New York style pizza. Being born and raised in NYC, they should know good pizza. We ordered two JUMBO pizzas for my cousin's 22nd birthday. One plain pizza which everyone loves. And a half veggie/half pepperoni pizza for those that like meat or some goodies on top. The pizzeria here has nice people who work here, and it's clean and they make their pizzas on time for pick-up. They also use DoorDash to deliver to your home. Mombos has another location in Santa Rosa near the SRJC that is popular. They also have a variety of specials. I printed a coupon online for a discount on our order. There's a fun old-style horse merry-go-round for kiddies out front. There’s picnic tables out front to eat on during Covid."

"While it was good, it was insanely overpriced for what I got. The empanadas were both good, though the beef one had SO many onions in it I couldnt taste anything else! The pastry on the outside of the empanadas was perfectly flaky and they were nice and warm in the inside. The bacon, egg and cheese one was very good. Please see my picture to understand this now, while the Churro Donuts (yes, they say donutS with an S, as in PLURAL, on the menu though you only get ONE) was arguably one of the absolute most delicious, perfect donuts I had ever tasted in my life, the sheer size of it was almost insulting at $3/piece!!! It was the teeniest, tiniest, little thing ever. The fact that they charge $3 for this is, like I said, almost insulting. Overall, Circle House Coffee was an okay choice for breakfast but not somewhere Ill be rushing back to. Especially not for a total of $30 and Im STILL hungry after ..."

"Pros: great location, friendly staff, decently timed service. Cons: our server seemed like they hadn’t tried anything, when asked if they enjoyed a certain drink or dish we got a lot of “I haven’t tried that one yet but it looks good and others seem to enjoy it” to everything we inquired about. Our drinks definitely had cheeeap liquor in them. I got their tequila sangria and was extremely disappointed in the taste. Tequila had that cheap bite to it, and it basically had a wine floater so it wasn’t really a sangria at all more like a juicy cocktail with a wine floater. My husbands drink wasn’t any better. We ordered the pretzel and cheese dip for an app and the cheese was good but not spectacular. The pretzel wasn’t bad but the texture of it was like it was heated up in a microwave very chewy. We had the intention of having dinner and everything there, but ended up leaving and going elsewhere because we felt like any other food and drink wouldn’t be good and worth the cost. Each drink and app was at or above $15 and if we would’ve know our drinks were priced that high, we would’ve sent them back. But staff was attentive and friendly. The vibe isn’t bad but definitely not what we were expecting. The restaurant feels dated and oddly laid out too, but it is clean."
