"they asked to sit in because it was hot. we sat in front of the bar where the pizza oven literally is located a foot from the next table. 15 minutes passed and no one approached us to take our order. after we placed our order and the pizza was delivered (from a very nice server, nicer than the waiter) no plates were passed. we have tried to look for our waiter and he was nowhere to find so that we simply placed a serviette on the table and used it as a plate. because it was hot in the room, we asked to be moved to another table (at least I had to go and look at the waiter since he never came back), then he said that he could not sit anywhere else....talk about the customer service...(at least pretend they want to bring us). Anyway, we decided to pay the bill and just go, we gave a few feedback to a nice waitress our feedback and she mentioned that this happened because they were busy. if they come here for a date, forget it! no private sphere and terrible customer service! 0/10"
