"I think they may have a new chef, because the menu has changed again, after several recent visits. This time we tried two pasta dishes, a bucatini greco and fettuccine with clams, alongside a very lovely Santa Margharetta Prosecco. The food is close to great, but not quite there yet a few more touches of Calabrian hot oil on the fettuccine might be good and maybe just a bit less pancetta and more garlic and salt on the bucatini. The pastas were heavenly though with that Prosecco. It was my birthday and the team brought me an unexpected gelato, alongside our orders of grappa and olive oil cake. In all it was a pretty classic night and we really loved the wait staff 's service throughout. We love our 'local ' Cielo and hope to support it often. Keep going with the good work, and buon appetito! PS what would really sparkle things up would be some old school Nat King Cole or Frank Sinatra on the music tracks, alongside schmaltzy Italian opera arias... to match the sixties decor vibe."
