"Food was overcooked. Staff appeared to be very new and couldn't answer any questions about Happy Hour specials. Didn't ask us how our food was, if we wanted more drinks...nothing. it wasn't that crowded, but definitely one of the worst service experiences that I've encountered. Not expecting to return."

"The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean! We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $20-$30. The food and service both received a rating of 5, as did the atmosphere. We recommend trying the Classic Bacon Burger and Steak Fajitas. There is plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot as one of the options."

"we went to our 15th jubilee 26th feb. and of course we had to wait for a table. So we decided to sit on the bar, well long story short- paige was our bartender and young she was great! we loved her positiw, outgoing and just around ingenious imagination. we asked them if we could actually eat with her at the bar because she was so brilliant, so she sat in one standing in front of the bar and she wasn't just our barkeeper she was our server. we would like to thank them for a wonderful evening and will definitely come back to them. folks she is the best and so is chili 's"

"I ordered the Just Wings from GrubHub and got medium buffalo, garlic parmesan, and cilantro jalapeño flavors in both boneless and bone-in varieties. Unfortunately, it was terrible and tasted like garbage. I ended up throwing it away."

"This was my first time actually going to Chili's in about ten years, even though I've almost gone several times with friends. As soon as my partner and I walked in, we couldn't help but sing "I want my baby back, baby back, baby back." There was no special event happening today, but I was still excited to see the colorful and welcoming menu. The descriptions and photos got me even more excited. The baby back ribs came with roasted corn and fries, and after just one bite, I was hooked by the bold flavor. It was a fantastic way to start off the meal. The brisket quesadillas were also delicious. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and get a free drink with every visit."

"Fantastic food that’s fresh and hot! I took my daughter there for lunch, and we all enjoyed the Triple Dippers. I personally had a double order of the Southwestern Ovine and Original Chicken Brothers, along with a mango tea. I highly recommend this place!"

"This place is terrible. The cashier was on her personal phone talking and had us stand there waiting until she got off the phone so we could order and pay. She then said card machine doesn’t work because it’s raining outside but we could use cash app?? Very sketchy why would I cash app a “business.” We decided to leave because the whole experience was weird. I’ve been to other Genghis Grill locations that were good but don’t recommend this place."

"I order Chili's To-Go quite often and every single time something is wrong with my order. Today was the last straw for me... I pulled up to get my lunch order and instead of it being brought out curbside, the person working stood at the door waving my order and gesturing for me to get out and get it...Upon receiving my order, once again it was wrong. I went inside to get it corrected and instead of the person fixing it, they challenged me stating that they put the item in the bag. This is unacceptable and I will not return! This location is convenient to my home and if I don't cook I prefer casual dining over fast food... After many poor experiences with Chili's To-Go I just can't continue to waste my time and money at this establishment. I hope you guys adhere to the many reviews given on a poor experience and take ownership of your brand and product. Peace!"
