"Do you miss the good ol’ days of cafeteria spaghetti? If so, this place is for you. I ate at Angelo’s for a birthday dinner with my family. While my kids were amused by the train on the ceiling, it’s not enough to keep us coming back for more. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and it reminded me of a school cafeteria lunch. If this is the best that Federal Hill has to offer, pack your bags and go home. I would avoid that entire street, especially if you value your stomach and your wallet."
