"as soon as the new fleet license is renewed, the rose tattoo will be what it was always a wonderful neighboring place with beautiful bars and excellent eating. the menu and the quality of the food did not change, but unfortunately, because there was no alcohol license temporarily there were no nice bottles that tasted the bar and it looked really empty. also they were on two servers and so our service was unusually slow."
