"I've been coming here for a while and they are probably the best bagels. However, in the last two times, I've had soggy bagels. I'm not sure if they're not drying off the work surface the bagels are prepared on, but the bottoms of the bagels are just soaked in water. A bagel and cream cheese shouldn't be wet. This is a very easy fix. Unfortunately, these bagels with a perfectly blistered crust are just being ruined at the final step."
