"I went on Valentines day. I had a lot of friends tell me how other restaurants failed miserably this day probably because the workers didn't want to be there. Bojangles staff and food was awesome. The staff was super friendly and the food was not only correct but also delicious. I love this restaurant and this particular location they always seem to be on point."

"Worst customer service ever!!! I just went to the drive thru. Nothing?no greeting no nothing. So after 5 mins of silence I just go around because at this point I think the speaker must be broke. I get to the window and this so called manager name Zekiya or whatever she said comes to the window and says I gotta go back around and wait in line that just formed. States they didn?t say anything because they were busy.. like what?! Not a hold on one min I?ll be right with you. Nothing! Was very rude and mind you when I just drove to the window after waiting 5 mins there was only one car there at the window?. This location definitely needs more training. And that manager needs to be looked into!"

"Love Bojangles! Location at 492 Blanking Blvd in Orange Park, FL is phenomenal stuff and food! We accepted the invitation. (See the invitation on the window. INSIDE! It was great. Our hometown location is just because of Covid Drive-Thru. We ordered breakfast and ate there and ordered lunch for the street. If we ever have the opportunity to happen here again, this is the Bojangles I want to visit. Look at the bo rounds and steak, egg and cheese biscuits! Yum!"

"The quality of the service at this point has dropped off a cliff in recent years. Regularly takes 10-15 minutes to get through the ride thru, even if there are only a few cars. The place is basically operated by teenagers, and it seems to have an incredibly high turnover rate. As far as food is concerned, their frits are always so delicate and undercooked, and they almost always forget to season them. Even if I go back and say that you all forgot to wipe my pommes, can I have some spices? They will literally give me a new bag of sad, unseasoned soggy potato sticks. The chicken is often either undercooked or burned to a crack. Bojangles in general never had exactly high standards for service and quality, but this is simply pitiful. I usually drive on Davis drive, although it's miles further away from my house."

"I was an employee there for 2 years and 3 months I gave them my resignation and they put terminated so how can they feel good about there self then I get a letter out that says family reason I never said that it was because night shift did not do there job. And there boberries are not fresh and the cinnamon either the places is not clean and I would not eat there. I am so sad the the way the boss did and did not care what night shift did. I have my all there and it was not appreciated.so to all the people that go there I would not eat food"

"They were out of wings, I had my taste buds set on wings and they were out of sweet potato pies also. Well, I should've drove out but I said I wanted a chicken sandwich. I could only remember the Bo'part but when I said fried the cashier was like the Southern chicken sandwich. Long story short, that wasn't the one I like. I'm a person on the go on my days off so I was hungry and picked over the whole sandwich. If you get a Chicken sandwich get the Bo' chicken sandwich the other one is more like it's for a chicken biscuit. ????"

"I gave it 3 stars. This is my favorite chicken. BUT it's not consistent sometimes the chicken is tough, perhaps it's caused by older and larger chicken ? I always get the breast sometimes the employees can't tell the difference between a thigh and a breast so check the box before you leave ? I don't buy the fries because they are soggy and cold. I purchased a Bo box $30 and choose Cole slaw my favorite side, they were out of it so I asked for another breast because it's all I really like, they were apprehensive but did give in."

"This is quite possibly the best turkey I've ever had. We typically get our turkeys from Honey Baked Ham, but this year we decided to try a fried turkey after hearing good things about this place. We're so glad we made that choice! The turkey was incredibly delicious—moist and crispy all at once. While the price was higher than what you'd pay for a frozen bird from the grocery store, it was comparable or even less than prices from some other ordering options. They were open on Thanksgiving Day, offering the convenience of heating it for you or letting you pick it up cold to reheat in the oven for two hours. I'm pretty sure this will become our new Thanksgiving tradition, as the flavor was simply outstanding!"

"I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. I ordered 2 steak biscuits for $5 and asked to add egg to one of them. Despite repeating my request four times, the staff seemed confused. After a long wait and receiving the wrong order, I finally got my food but it was undercooked and inedible. The biscuits were raw and falling apart, making it impossible to eat. I had to go elsewhere for a meal because I couldn't stomach the food I received. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience."
