"I went to this restaurant late at night, right before they were closing at 8:15. When I arrived, I noticed that there were high school or college-aged kids hanging around both sides of the counter. At first, I thought they were customers until they greeted me and quickly moved aside to help with my order. It seemed like the young workers had their friends in and out of the kitchen, playing loud music that included inappropriate language. While I wasn't too concerned as I've seen similar antics in other food establishments run by young employees, I can understand how it might be off-putting for others. I also observed some questionable behavior like someone taking items from the cooler without paying, although I hope they eventually did. When I got home, I found that my food wasn't properly wrapped and was cold before I could even eat it. Despite these issues, I still enjoy their pizza rolls. However, I suggest that the restaurant should be more mindful of how their actions and environment can impact customers' experience."
