"The food was excellent I’m no chef buy my wife I definitely could not stop speaking of how good the food tasted. As if it was made and served the way it was intended. The service was wonderful, and we seen the manager stop at each to to be sure everything was going great for everyone. Definitely had a great experience!"

"Nice service. Conveniently located near Downtown Summerlin and Red Rock Resort. The restaurant is clean. The staff greeted us as we entered the door. While these things may seem small to most, it really means a lot when the staff takes the time to greet you and thank you for coming. I had soup and salad. Both were good. They were both at the expected temperatures. Meaning we were not served warm salad and cold soup. I like the set up. The bar area is up front with tables and seating at the bar. There?s a separate area where you pick up to go orders. I left 4 stars rather than 5 stars since I ordered sweet tea and was given flavored unsweetened tea. All in all, I?d definitely recommend this location."

"I visited a sick family member and flew from Atlanta. So of course I came to a familiar place for dinner. Saw at the bar since I was solo. The tour through Italy has not disappointed. I ate half so I can have more for lunch. I usually don't order dessert. I think they're too expensive. But since I wasn't home and had no access to my after dinner treats, I went on and ordered the cheesecake. Bad idea. I think it was $8. But it was frozen and the strawberry that was supposed to be shed with a separate container... was also frozen. That's the only thing that took away my experience. Since I was at the bar of the Bartender served me and she was on point, concentrated, very controversial. Thank you."

"We had a very big party and they were so courteous and on all orders. The food was pretty quick. The waiting staff was amazing. Our server was so funny, it's probably one of the best servers I've ever had. Very comfortable and welcoming."

"We had a wonderful meal here for dinner on Saturday. First, the restaurant was impeccably clean and organized. Greetings were kind and professional. Our waiter, Jeffery, was fantastic. We didn't wait for anything. He checked so often. The manager went around asking for our food and service. That was so refreshing. I forgot that was common at a time. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Definitely makes you feel good when you spend some money when it is worth it. We are not the inhabitants of Saginaw, but I have already said that friends make it a point to go here when in town. Thank you for restoring our faith in the culinary experience. Bravo!"

"Our server LJ was great. No complaints towards him. No complaints towards the host they were also great. Waited 10 mins on a Friday night after 6pm. The alcoholic beverages were also tasty. But the food was gross. Also the portion sizes have went down completely. We started with chicken dumpling soup and literally had no chicken or dumpling in the soup. So we just dipped our breadsticks in. Our server told us that the kitchen was backed up so I asked for another soup if they made a fresh batch because we didn’t get anything in the last serving. He brought another bowl of the same. No chicken or dumpling again. Whatever waiting for my favorite chicken Alfredo. It took a little over an hour for chicken Alfredo because that’s all we got. Three servings of room temp, rubbery chicken, and half a serving of the food. Completely dissatisfied. Won’t be coming back to this location. Hoping the new one in highland is better. But if not I guess Olive Garden’s quality has completely gone away. This is not a first this has happened at this location but we loved Olive Garden before. But sadly won’t be returning which is sad because the service is great there. Also this picture below is my food just mixed up and then realized there was barely anything on the plate so I decided to take a picture. I remember the good ol days of Olive Garden. spent $100 on nasty food."

"If I could give this zero stars I would but I can't so I give it a 1. Worst service we have EVER had. Do yourself a favor and drive over to the CB location. Waited 35 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that was only half full. Long waits between visits from the server. Got half our dinners. Waited 10 minutes, had to hit the call server button. Had to ask for the rest of our meals and breadsticks that he should have brought when they were empty when our dinners were brought. Asked for refills on waters and soups with the rest of the dinners. Came back a few minutes later and still forgot one of the soups and water. Had to go find another server to get a to go box and the server was back chit chatting with other servers. Overall spent an hour and a half there. We are normally in and out within a half hour in CB. We will NEVER be back here."

"We had a great experience at this restaurant tonight. I was impressed that they were open despite the snowstorm. I would give Olive Garden 5 stars for their service and food quality. While they may not be the best Italian cuisine, this particular Olive Garden did a fantastic job with their food and service tonight. I tried the shrimp and chicken Carbonara, which was delicious. The salad and breadsticks were also tasty."

"I came to this olive garden several times, my last experience I had a server called Jamie and she was very respectful and did not check on my table at all. I had a complaint about my meal and she didn't solve the problem for me. I came last weekend and I had a server called Nadia and I was very impressed by their customer service skills, the restaurant was very busy and Nadia gave her tables in a very fast and professional way, she did not seem to be happy or overwhelmed with the crowd. Nadia is the reason why I returned to this Whitehall site, one of the best service I have seen in this facility! And she hasn't received a raise that she deserves!"
"I love, love, love the bread sticks here. The fact they are bottomless makes them even better! I love coming here when they have endless pasta too, I usually don't order it but I will go with friends who do and they love that you can make your own combos. I like the fettuccine alfredo with chicken, easy on the sauce and, of course, lots and lots of bread sticks. I really enjoy getting a side of marinara to dip the bread sticks into!"

"absolutely amazing I feel bad I can't remember my server name, but if he sees that, I hope he likes it. service was amazingly fast and fast to me a my wife felt bad causation that we just got our car and wanted to celebrate so that we decided olive garden, we both got basic seafood alfredo huhn add and it was amazing that the alfredo tasted fresh as possible. the broth sticks were just as sharp. my wife also loved her salat and distribute it from the server, although it was the end of the night was super fast with refilling and even faster with our eating."

"Michael is an amazing server and very personable. He put our food we were taking home to go in a box for us when a lot of restaurants leave the box for you to do it yourself. Michael was very attentive and came by checking on us several times but we never felt rushed. The host were very welcome as well. They opened the door for us when leaving and made great conversation! "I'm a hard critic when truths have to be said. I'm not holding back. Look at the reviews I gave to many other companies. I don't think I've ever given a blow of more than 4 stars. However, this must be an exception. Five stars. Food was amazing. Customer service was also at the highest potential for an absolute, overcrowded package building; but everything with great settings of the waiter was meaningfully efficient. I'm absolutely impressed. I will certainly come back at any time when I am."

"The portion sizes at this restaurant are not worth the high prices. I ordered the chicken piccata and received very small pieces of chicken without any vegetables. My bill came out to almost $20, which I felt was a complete rip off. It seems like they want you to fill up on salad and bread so they can skimp on the main course. Personally, I don't eat a lot of bread and this is not a healthy practice. I will not be returning to this cheap place, as they are cheap in what they serve rather than their prices."
