"I've eaten here before and had a good meals, but was not impressed with this one. They do special buffets and this past week was German food. Seemed like a good idea to sample a selection of foods. There was plenty to choose from and did sample most of them, but disappointed when we started to eat as they lacked flavoring. Saurbraten without vinegar, Wienerschnitzel made from pork hammered so thin it was too tough to cut. Was glad I missed Southern buffet previous week as I would have been even more disappointed with no spices. Service was very good, décor well done but a draft in the room was a bit uncomfortable. I would give them another chance, assuming it was a bad night for the chef."
