"This is not something I usually do as I have worked in the restaurant business for 23 years. Today my son and I came for lunch and we were greeted very promptly by a nice man(may have been the manager) we were seated and told that someone would be right with us. They were not busy at all and I do understand staffing issues, but it was 15 min before we were even approached for a drink. A young girl came over stating she was not a server but she was getting our drinks.. We finally got our drinks and waited another 10 minutes for our server to show up. She was very cold and short with us almost seemed annoyed we were there. We ordered our entrees and 2 salads. It took another 15 to 20 minutes before our salads were brought out again by the 1st young girl. Our food eventually showed up and and was definitely not prepared the way it usually is. We order the same thing every time. By this time our drinks were completely empty and our server Jenny C had no intentions of filling them as she began to walk away. I asked her for refills which she eventually brought although she seemed annoyed. She never came back to check on us although although our entire side of the restaurant was completely empty. I was very disappointed in my entree as I mentioned before it was prepared differently with A different sauce. I did ask her to bring extra sauce and she brought a teriyaki sauce and flung it on the table. I poured it all over my pasta and chicken entree then realizing that it was teriyaki sauce instead of the honey barbecue sauce it was supposed to be. As mentioned before she never came back to check for me to complain. So $50 for a very disappointing lunch. We came here specifically for this meal because it is my son's favorite and we were celebrating him getting his license today. Jenny missed out on a good tip by being annoyed with us. Do better! Very disappointed"

"I recently had dinner at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The price per person was between $20-30, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of the meal. The food was top-notch and I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff that made the dining experience even better. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great, I would rate it 5 out of 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a fantastic dining experience."

"We came in with a larger group than usual tonight, which can sometimes be a recipe for disaster, but we had a wonderful experience at this Applebee's location. Our server Shawn was fantastic, providing quick, accurate, and friendly service without being overwhelmed by our party size. The kitchen staff worked efficiently to deliver our orders promptly, and the other servers and hosts were ready to assist Shawn in delivering food and drinks. We also had a pleasant conversation with Eve, the manager, who showcased the great teamwork and customer service skills of the staff at this Applebee's. "We can in for a girl's day. It took the bar tender forever make a drink. Quiet honestly I was there for 45, mins before the bar tender made my drink. And the waitress came up and told me she kept forgetting..... There were maybe four other tables in the whole restaurant. It took them almost 1 hr 30 mins to bring our food out. The food was good. It was warm, not hot but warm. I got the fiesta lime chicken and three cheese chicken penne. The pasta was perfect and cheesey and chicken was great. The last time I ate here the wait was horrible as well, and my fiesta lime chicken was Burt to a crisp. And I mean actually black, hard burnt. This time, it was cooked right but you can tell it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. My tortilla strips were rubbery, and soggy....they out waaaayy too much of the lime sauce on top of the chicken. And as usual the rice was flavorless, dry, and rubbery. But all in all it was alright."

"The new Bourbon Street Mushroom and Swiss burger was absolutely delicious. However, I ordered it medium-rare, and it came out so well-done that the edges were crispy. The French fries were also served at room temperature. Despite these issues, my overall dining experience was redeemed by how incredibly good that burger was. It was so impressive that I was able to overlook the overcooked burger and the cold fries."

"Horrible service... We drove 3 hours to get there while on our road trip.. one of our friends has never been to applebees and we were so excited to take him! We were super hungry when we arrived and quickly ordered... ALL of our steaks came out completely covered in pepper to the point of our eyes running and sneezing and all of them were burnt like crunchy burnt.. was so salted that we did not eat it, i told the manager about it and she did not do anything to fix the problem... she just said im sorry and walked away! i was super nice when i told her about it too. So at that point as frustrated as we were; we were also starving (especially me im pregnant) so we ate our side dishes and ate some of our wings and left our 4 steaks to the side... we had quite a bit of left overs so when we asked for a togo container the waitress told us that the manager told her she is not allowed to give out to go containers because shes saving them for call in to go orders only. I was like can you please go get her and she said yes, when she came to our table she handed us a small paper cup and told us we can put our left overs in there because she does not want to have to send someone to go buy containers since they are short on supply and are saving them for to go mobile orders only. I was shocked. She then handed me my 95 dollar bill and still charged us for our steaks. I quickly noticed that and said that i still see the steaks on there.. she litterally ignored me and walked away! At this point we were tired and just wanted to go home... we had another 4 hours to go on our road trip so we did not want to make a scene or argue with her. We paid and tipped our waitress and left. This is thee exact example of what a manager is not supposed to do . It was definitely the worst service ive ever received in a restaurant."

"Normally we have a good experience at this location. However, our last visit was not. Yes it was a busy Saturday night, but our server ignored us and his section most of the evening because he had rude customers who sat behind us. There were issues in the kitchen too. Our food took way to long to receive. We did not receive silverware when seated, and our appetizer was cold by the time we got our utensils. My double cheese burger patties were tiny. They were about the same size as a regular hamburger patty from a fast food restaurant value menue. By the time our server checked on us for our first drink refills, we had eaten and were ready to leave. I can understand when it's a busy night and things get out of hand at the restaurant, but talk to our customers and let them know the that there are issues and that you are working on them. I'll give a server grace when I know they are overwhelmed the kitchen is backed up, but in this case, we were completely ignored. We did talk to the floor manager a few times, but the overall dinning experience was sad."

"When we arrived, the hostess sat at the table, and when we asked if we could have a stand, she was noticeably upset and said that she would need a few minutes to clean it. After cleaning a booth near the entrance, she went to the back of the restaurant where there were five booths open and ready for use and sat in a place. I love applebee’s, when this greeley, CO location is closest to me, I visited it several times. the last few times that we had eaten there, it was far overlaid, hard, old, and we said we wouldn't come back.
