"I never been to this place, in my life and never heard of it, but I was unfortunate enough to confuse it with City Wings of Garland. So here's the thing. I order online, for Garland, City Wings, not knowing it's Irving City Wings, the before mentioned, that I never been to. So a $34, Online Order by mistake, was not honored for a refund, instead was stated that the order was picked up. That's sad and a lie. The whole reason I requested a Rightful Refund Online, once I realized the mistake, is because I was not and did not drive all the way to Irving, from Garland, for some wings. Very unprofessional, dishonest and again, sad. I do not recommend this Restaurant/ establishment, to anyone. It will also remain, the place I never visited, smh, sad. God bless. Clarence Hawkins."
