"Poor service in terms of their restaurant. I think they are only good for their bar, and even that I think there are better out there. The food is only tasty if you 're really drunk and the service is worst. And don 't try complaining to the General Manager, he 'll just get snappy on you and rant on and on about how they won 't make money if they actually redeem gift certificates along with Kids Eat Free on Tuesday deals. And here I thought gift certificates were just like cash! It 's no wonder the waiter 's attitudes/service is bad, it all stems from the General Manager 's attitude."
