"The restaurant decor and ambience was very nice, well designed next to the sticky huge table numbers standing on each table. The service was so poor that we probably did not ever return even though the food was good. We ordered the special drink from the menu called "filthy hot", which should be a spicy dirty martini, the blue cheese and pepper filled olives with the choice of gray geese vodka or gin. A friend asked about this with the gray geese and the server asked what kind of vodka after he explained for some time that gray geese is the type of vodka, we think the server got it, the other was a kettle a filthy hot. When they both arrived, they came out with pimento-filled olives and when we said that this is not what it said on the menu, the blessing did not respond, did not give us the right drinks and did not speak for an unpleasant amount of time. Finally, we insisted that we get the right drinks, and the wastewater took the two Martinis back to the bar. Some time later we got new ones that brought us to them with zero pepper or heat, which again and again when we mentioned this, the server said nothing. The server also spilled half of one of them, as it was placed on the table, and we had to ask for something to clean it. We cleaned it with our cloth napkin and the server returned with a napkin and wanted to take the clean and leave the dirty with us. Half of a misplaced expensive Martini went and no compensation or apology. While our food was good, the prices were high and the service was over poor. It should work better than that. Our wrong drinks should have stayed on the table while the right drinks were created. There were literally 3 more tables in the whole restaurant and our server was responsible for just another table. The amount of time that this person had to wait for us was enormous, but we were increasingly supervised by about 3 other employees. Customer service dies and strives for train."
