"Donuts are delicious don’t get me wrong, and I get donuts from here on a regular basis. Maybe I visited this location on the wrong day. To start, the customer service amongst all 3 employees sucked! I’m going to guess that at least 2 of the 3 employees were new to the team as they had absolutely no knowledge on the drinks that were offered. I ordered a frappe, but instead I was served an iced cofee, remade once, and then served again another iced coffee. I did not ask for an iced cofee. Frappes are blended beverages. The manager Devon was rude and snobby because I asked for a refund after my drink not being made correctly twice. These girls attitudes sucked. What a way to spoil someone’s “cheat day”"
